Okay, since I'm a terrible watcher and an even more terrible commenter, I decided to get my ass up and write a comment that's longer than just two lines xD
First of all, I absolutely adore the whole picture
I love the colors, the blue and the green fit together perfectly and go great with the twin's coat colors! I also think the stars in the background look great, they lighten up the picture without making it too bright 
Next up are the twins and oh my... you did a stellar job on the shading!
It looks amazingly soft and clean and the fact that you shaded with blue rather than black really lets them blend into the background But you know what I like most? The hair 
It looks fantastic! I have no idea how you did it, but it looks fantastic xD I also like the poses you chose and you did such a good job on the anatomy ^^
The only thing I'd recommend is to use some blue on the top of the hill to let it fade into the sky a little and to make the grass in the foreground a little bigger, that'll give the background more depth, but other than that..great job!!
